Pricing Examples

Providing pricing is difficult without knowing the details of your request, but we get that you need to start somewhere! To help guide your decision here are example quotes based on specific parameters as noted, so be sure to read the descriptions. An official quote will be provided for each project based on size, quantity and paper choice. Note that other paper options are available but Crane Lettra is our recommendation. Prices vary based on quantities: if you order less than 100 the price per unit will be higher, if you order more than 100 the price per unit will be lower. These quotes do not include fees associated with proofing, shipping and handling.


Invitation Suite / Letterpress Printing

Single sided, single-ink design on 220lb Crane Lettra Paper, quantity of 100.

Invitation Suite / Digital Files

This option was created for those who want the quality of a custom design without the price tag. Final designs will be delivered as print-ready digital files so that you can print yourself or find someone local to do it for you. The cost is figured based on the complexity of the design and the amount of custom work needed. Suites start at $500 for the design, and does not include any printing or materials. 

 

Invitation Suite / Stamping

Another creative solution to keeping printing costs down that will give you a unique texture and result is to stamp each piece yourself. Custom wood handle rubber stamps can be created for each design. We provide recommendations for paper that comes cut-to-size so all you have to do is stamp and assemble. 

4 x 6 stamp (for 5 x 7 piece) $70

3 x 5 stamp (for 3.5 x 4.875 piece) $45

3 x 4 stamp (for 3.5 x 4.875 piece) $40

3 X 2 STAMP (FOR return addresses) $25

 

 

Envelope Addressing

Envelope addressing starts at $3.50 per envelope but varies depending on the style of lettering. Cost of the envelopes and postage not included. 

 

A-la-carte lettering

If you have a special request for another item such as signage, table cards or a monogram let us know and we will provide an estimate and turnaround time.


Process

Every project and client is unique and requires a certain amount of personalized attention. That said, the streamlined process we've created with semi-custom requests allows us to move efficiently and keep costs down. Semi-Custom Invitations

See a theme that you'd like to customize for your event? 

1. Send us an email to let us know which design you are interested in, including any questions that you have. We will respond as soon as we can, usually within 1 week.

2. Once you confirm via email that you'd like to move forward a deposit will be required to start work.

3. We will supply a document for you to fill out with all of your details. Complete it, proof it, proof it again and send it back to us. 

4. We will send you a digital proof of your design–typically within 3-4 weeks but timing can vary depending on how busy we are and if you have special requests that alter the design. This is the time for your feedback and the last chance for changes to your event information.

5. Changes will be addressed and final designs sent back to you within 1-2 weeks. 

6. Upon your final approval an invoice will be sent for the full amount of the design fee. 

7. If you have ordered digital files you will receive a dropbox link with PDF, JPG and Outlined Adobe Illustrator files. If you are printing through our trusted printers all costs associated with printing will be outlined and invoiced separately. 

Envelope Addressing

1. Send us an email with the details of your request. We will reply with an estimate and our availability within 1 week.

2. A 50% deposit will be required to start work. 

3. We will supply a document for you to fill out with all of your names and addresses. Each guest's information should be written out exactly as you'd like them addressed on the envelopes. Complete it, proof it, proof it again and send it back to us. 

4. Send us your blank envelopes in the mail (quantity needed + 20). If you'd like us to source your envelopes we will add the cost to your invoice.

5. Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks but will be confirmed based on current availability. An invoice will be sent for the balance due and We will mail your envelopes back to you.
